Home sales in Turkey in 2020 increased by 11.2% over the previous year and amounted to 1,499,316 units.

In Turkey, 40,812 units of real estate were sold to foreigners in 2020.

Home sales to foreigners in 2020 are down 10.3% from the previous year due to the pandemic. In 2020, Istanbul took first place in real estate sales to foreigners: 19 thousand 175 houses. Antalya took second place with 7,735 houses. Antalya was followed by Ankara with 2,746 homes sold and Bursa with 1,340 home sales.
